In January 2021 I kicked off in Lockdown (mind that eh, what a time) creating homemade sweet treats for collection and delivery throughout Edinburgh & The Lothians from my Mums kitchen. Fast forward a year and we opened our first bakery at 13 Oxgangs Broadway, Edinburgh. Fast forward to today and we now have our main bakery at 113-115 Slateford Road (formally the famous Malones all night bakery, yes we’re in the process of applying for our own 24hr licence…) and we had a 3rd location location at West tollcross opposite Tollcross Firestation and next to Cav on a temp short lease so its all been go go go .
